Gary Bauer, a 2000 Republican presidential candidate and Domestic Policy Advisor to former President Ronald Reagan, has quickly risen to become one of America’s most well known and leading voices for conservatism. Prior to running for president, he was instrumental in the founding and development of two of America’s most prominent conservative groups.
Currently, Mr. Bauer serves as president of American Values, a Washington based non-profit organization designed to respond quickly when events threaten any part of a broad spectrum of critical conservative issues.
Mr. Bauer served as Chairman of America’s second largest
political action committee, The Campaign for Working Families, and served as
President of the Family Research Council, (FRC), one of Washington’s most
