Query Language

This text search engine allows queries to be formed from keywords or phrases, simply type in your keyword or phrase, select your "Find", "Case" and "Display" options and click on "Search"

Option Descriptions:

Find Option - "any terms"=OR, "all terms"=AND, and "as a phrase" option=EXACT PHRASE

Case Option - "insensitive"=Performs a search where the case of the "Terms for Which to Search" box does NOT matter (i.e. abortion is the SAME as Abortion), "sensitive"=Performs a search where the case of the "Terms for Which to Search" box DOES matter (i.e. abortion is NOT the same as Abortion)

Display Option - Determines the number of lines in your search results (i.e. "25" would show the first 25 matches, "50" would show the first 50 matches)

Example #1: To find all pages containing the keywords "abortion" or "method"

Enter "abortion method" in to the "Terms for Which to Search" box, select "any terms" for the "Find" option and click on "Search"

Example #2: To find all pages containing the keywords "abortion" and "method"

Enter "abortion method" in to the "Terms for Which to Search" box, select "all terms" for the "Find" option and click on "Search"

Example #3: To find all pages containing the phrase "abortion method"

Enter "abortion method" in to the "Terms for Which to Search" box, select "as a phrase" for the "Find" option and click on "Search"

Example #4: To find all pages containing the keyword "Abortion" with the "A" in abortion capitalized

Enter "Abortion" in to the "Terms for Which to Search" box, select "any terms" for the "Find" option, select "sensitive" for the "Case" option and click on "Search"
